Your privacy is of utmost importance to me! I will not give your name, email, or mailing address out to anyone for any reason.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted in original condition, within one week after receiving the item, for refund or store credit, minus shipping costs. Please return items with postal delivery confirmation.
Guarantee
All dolls, their clothes, and quilts are guaranteed to be completely handmade. Each doll is one of a kind; no two dolls are exactly alike. Quilts are also one of a kind. The pictures shown are of the actual dolls and quilts for sale in each ad.
Payment
Personal checks and money orders are the preferred method of payment. Items paid for with personal checks will be shipped out one week after receiving check. Paypal is also accepted. Google payment service will be added in the near future.
Shipping
Shipping costs are stated in each item description. Items are shipped via USPS Parcel Post within the United States. Shipping is always combined for shipping discounts, email for revised shipping quote on multiple purchases. A combined invoice will be emailed to you.
Insurance is available, please add $1.35 to total price if insurance is desired.
Worldwide shipping is available, please email country of origin for postage costs.
Custom orders welcome. If you see a doll/s that you like, but, would like different colored hair, eyes, and/or skin tone, or a specific theme or color for the outfits, please email me. I can usually accommodate most requests.

All dolls are stuffed with crafter's poly-fill; 100% polyester, non-allergenic, flame retardant, non-bunching, and extra resilient.
